I am not suggesting anything here, but looking at some possibilities. Just doing an analysis here for the sake of discussion.

I think that if we sign both Bruno and Dybala, getting/fitting Sancho might get real difficult. If we only sign Dybala, we will most likely play 433 with Dybala as F9, but then we lack a 3rd midfielder. Fred/AP could possibly play that role with McT and Pogba. If we sign Sancho in 2020, then Dybala would probably have to play 10

Ideally, if we sign Bruno as well, United can play with 2 free 8s with Dybala/Rashford/Tony as an interchangeable forward line. Pogba can occupy the space between LF and CF and Bruno between RF and CF. It will definitely work against smaller opposition or teams with a low block. But I think that if we sign both Bruno and Dybala, the chances of signing Sancho (even if he wants to come) are pretty low.

Outs: Lukaku (75m), CB (around 15m), Darmian (5m)

Ins: Maguire (75m), Dybala (80m)

So if Dybala comes, I don't think we will sign Bruno as our net would around 120m-130m. It's still possible but past history suggests that we never spend more than ~150m (it could change and I am hoping it does).
