[The Jump] Zach Lowe: "Giannis did his job. Eric Bledsoe did not do his job and the second best player on their team in that series was Malcolm Brogdon. Ownership did not do their job retaining him and he's on another team now..."

You really made this about Harden. Ok, let's take those two players in a vacuum. What are we arguing about here?

No one says Giannis is a top 4 offensive player in the NBA. Literally no one.

Giannis' massive impact comes from his ability to serve as an elite rim protector + perimeter coverage + off-ball defense. Top 4 defender last year.

There are two ends to the ball, and Harden, if we give him benefit of the doubt is neutral on that end.

Giannis literally had a fucking wall created by a historically great defensive team every possession down to stop his Shaq-like efficiency in the paint.

Stop. This wasn't about Harden. Was Giannis sub-par that series? Yes, but in an incredibly close series, where the Raptors actually relied on the other Bucks' players missing their open shots outside of George Hill/Brogdon. Middleton and Bledsoe looked atrocious.

Lakers fan btw, so I'm looking at it from a neutral perspective.
