I understand this, but it's the layout that is important.

Don't be surprised about the bill 2 bills from now when it "goes up". It's not increasing, there's just no prorates so it went to the price you agreed to.

This makes zero sense. My upcoming bill for July 3rd should be less than 92 dollars in the first place, since my new plan is 74. Every bill after that should only be 74.

The bottom line is that Comcast's billing department is infuriating, and I won't be surprised if the days from June that I have a lower plan for aren't reflected on my next bill.
