Secondly, dive tire? You mean the tire that can be breathed on and itll implode before it has any chance of doing anything to anyone? You can't use tactics with something that has less hp than a frickin Tracer.

Third, oh great I have 2 mines with inconsistent falloff damage and itll deal whatever damage it damn well pleases with no explanation whatsoever.

You can't "adapt" or "unlock potential" with a hero that is the Primal definition of Inconsistent.
