Is jury nullification actually not a big deal?

So I am sitting in the selection process. They are asking questions, if you raise your hand that is bad.

They asked maybe a dozen questions and I raised my hand for only one. Something about if I think a cops word is worth more then a citizens or some shit.

When they finished the questions they still had a seat to fill so people who only raised there hand once got to go up and explain to the judge exactly what there fucking problem was.

I told them, 'Cops are trained to lie and I don't see how they are more trustworthy then my own word. My life experience is that cops are lazy and really don't do much that they don't want to do. So no, I don't think there word is worth anything more then the citizens'.

I didn't serve on that jury.

Looking back at it - it seems to me that haveing a piss poor attitude is all it really takes to stay off a jury. There is no secret sauce needed. When they ask questions just raise your hand. When asked what the fuck is up with you just ask them what the fuck is up with them.

No one will want you - no need for shenanigans.
