I just want an app that will tell me exactly what to eat to lose weight. But no calorie counting BS because CiCo is a myth and I eat too little as it is. Why does this not exist?

Keto has been as close to a full reversal of my appetite as I can imagine anything being. Although unlike some people who say their appetite is 0 on keto and they forget to eat, I still love food and I still do occasionally get cravings, I can just notice them and then deny them, whereas before I would always give in and then say "I'll just start again tomorrow." I have accepted that I have to remain keto permanently, which is fine with me.

That said, I do give myself a few days a year to eat whatever I want (Thanksgiving, Christmas, my birthday, plus a few wildcard days) and I look forward to them A LOT. I'm always like OH MAN I'm gonna get all the pizza and bread and reeses cups and it's gonna be AMAZING. But then it isn't even as good as I remember and I just feel kind of disappointed and let down.

Now reading this comment I don't really know how normal I am, because I feel like normal people don't look forward to specific days just so they can eat a feast of food, but then again normal in America is now obese/overweight and I'm not anymore and haven't been for years, so I must be doing something right.
