Just another day at the beach. Repeal Florida HB 631 (Police force guy to sit in the wet-sand area of the beach because otherwise he's trespassing on private property)

Well, from my perspective, I don't think only people who can afford condos or a home on the beach should have beach access. I think everyone should be able to go anywhere on the beach. I don't think anything past the dunes should be 'private property.' I don't think that the beaches in front of condos/homes should only be used by a small handful of people, and we should cram thousands into the publicly owned part. The state maintains the dunes and beyond, if we all pay to maintain it, why shouldn't we all be able to use it?
