So this is so frustrating. The amount of time it takes to find a doc, go, try a med that may take a month or so before reaching optimal effectiveness, follow up, maybe adjust meds or try something else... it’s such a a pain.

The is a way to get a genetic swab to see what medications may be more effective for you. That could cut down on the time it takes to find the right medication.

All I can recommend is to give a new doc a try, maybe even a doc in the box may prescribe you something based off if your last ones recommendation.

As for the job, idk know what type of job that has a “trial” basis. I mean you could try to give that one another go? There are always other jobs.

I guess I’m missing the real “ask” here for your situation.
