I just asked ChatGPT to come up with a plan for Kep1er and I think it did a better job than their actual management is doing.

Unpopular opinion but while it's written well, I think it oversimplifies things & I am not a fan of this. Sure, it would be interesting to see how a full-fledged space concept would work out with a space-themed girl group but at the same time, it could be boring to see the same concept over and over again, especially in a temporary group.

On a side note, why is it so important to have a coherent story arc and to have the same concept for every comeback during 2.5 years and why is it so important to have a "plan"? ChatRPT claims that it would keep fans 'engaged' and 'excited' but when you think of actual Kpop groups, there are groups out there who are coherent in terms of concepts/musical sounds but it doesn't necessarily mean they would be successful (eg. Kingdom) or it could take some time to be successful (eg. Dreamcatcher). There were also groups out there who do have coherent sounds but they also received some feedback among the lines of how they should do something different (Gfriend experienced this when they were doing their school trilogy series). And then, there are some companies who have planned out their vision for their group(s) but it could also lead to general public being lukewarm (eg. Gugudan had a theatre overarching theme with having act ___ as part of the album name but the public was lukewarm).

And while the Korean comebacks aren't everyone's cup of tea, they do have amazing B-sides and their Japanese discography is filled with musical bops. Their upcoming Lovestruck album seems to have similar vibes to Up! and I do! do you and would be perfect for Spring! And maybe WakeOne's management of the group could be done better but I don't think they are that terrible either, considering they have photoshoots, attending annual award shows/festivals/fanmeetings, have both Japanese and Korean activities, and get to explore different sounds/concepts. And sure, WakeOne doesn't promote the group on their own Twitter account but the girls' Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter and IG are constantly updating their fans with content and so it's not like their social media presence has been reduced. And that Wakeone was productive in asking people what they want to see re Kep1er through a survey and acting upon the feedback they had received.
