why do pax request a Lyft they know will arrive before they can finish their smoke. And then they get in car with lots of smoke smelling from them and their breath which drivers like myself don't like.

As stated before, smokers get a "loss of smell" and don't know how their stench can be, additionally most pax don't give a fuck. Being a smoker myself (albeit a part time driver), I don't smoke in my car or on shift and always wash up/brush/mouthwash before heading out.

I spray a little Ozium after every ride and roll with the windows down after most pax. Having leather interior helps, but even after the women who smell unbelievably good - I can't be picking up pax smelling like I'm going to the club.
