Just curious if there’s an overlap with these traits and being FtM

Sorry, I don't really understand your argument.

According to your source, among autistic people (not including everyone on the spectrum) ca 12% of them identify as genderqueer in some way.

The source reads 24%. See, "About 30,000, or 5 percent, of the cisgender people in the study have autism, the researchers found, whereas 895, or 24 percent, of the gender-diverse people do."

Well, according a source I found (I don't have all day to search for data but I'll link it below) 11% of adults identify as genderqueer/nonbinary in some way.

I genuinely can't find where it says this, since it seems to be strictly focused on nonbinary individuals (actually saying that 11% of LGBTQ adults identify as nonbinary instead of 11% of adults in general). Besides that, though, I don't know how 11% of adults being genderqueer could be used as a comparison, since that says nothing about autism rates.
