I just don't understand

Alot of people punish themselves with Dogma. It's worth asking yourself honestly, weather belief in dogma is hurting you more than it is helping?

Then its whats next, do you find a less Dogmatic version of Christianity? Do you look into some other form of spirituality? Maybe you make your own belief system that fulfills the aspects you find to be personally truthful?

I dont have much dogma problems anymore but I did have severe bipolar depression for about 20 years. (Still happens but not everyday all day every week like it was)

I worked on stop saying "I want to kill myself" like someone with tourettes and instead started saying " I want to live!"

I Also adopted a feral kitten that literally came to me from out of the woods. He's my baby and makes life livable. Maybe get a Kitten?!
