Just finished watch dogs today too, while I wouldn't say that its my favorite game, I thoroughly enjoyed it for how different it was from what I played of the other two.

And yes that ending level blows 2's out of the water GODDAMN I remember actually saying "that's it?" out loud after beating WD2.

Spoilers for WD2 but they are not big enough to ruin your experience.

WD2 had a mission where you broke into nasa, a mission where you break into a boat belonging to a bunch of chinese gangsters and you can call the cops and they will send a plane with a sniper to arrest (or kill) whoever you targeted, and a mission where you can climb a bunch of cranes to sneak into an electoral candidates penthouse and you can get down via a zip line OR (if you are an actual BADASS) YOU CAN DRIVE THE CANDIDATES CAR OFF THE GODDAMN ROOF AND ESCAPE IN IT, but the final level is just breaking into blume headquarters (which you did in the tutorial) with NO special gimmicks in the last encounter, really disappointing.
