I just got fired for being high risk for COVID.

My disability makes me high risk. Before I started, the school agreed to give us separate rooms because we had so many students we were working with. Once I arrived, they changed the agreement and expected us to share the small space. There wasn’t even room for social distancing. Once I said that I needed the accommodations that they originally offered, their attitude changed toward me completely.

I get what you’re saying about high risk not being a protected group but wouldn’t this still be discrimination by extension?

It’s a dick move either way but I have a feeling I’m screwed legally. I’m just not sure what to do because this is the attitude of most businesses around here.
