No offense but that’s highly unlikely, it’s a car, not a sculpture by Michael Angelo - although it’s a beautiful car!
They probably have a dif way of coming off, and might be out of your expertise.
I would call an Acura service specialist and get free info over the phone or poke around and maybe in time someone will have a video or SOP out.
PS- You may end up finding larger paddle shifter add on down the road, like the link below - but that will only use 3M to stick on to existing paddles, so many possibilities.
(They make ones for my car but they do in fact screw in 0_0
