context: I wasn't planning on announcing this, especially not making a reddit post about it. I was just gonna silently celebrate my achievement, and enjoy my 10k NMZ discount. Quest cape isn't a big deal for most people, but it's a pretty big deal for me as a semi-casual player.

But I couldn't resist joining the protest after seeing some of the other contributions. I'll admit, the high definition textures don't appeal to me that much, I generally just go with whatever is the most clean and readable. But I do think what Jagex is doing is unfair and unprofessional. Doing my part, I guess. Here's hoping that Jagex doesn't double down on these decisions.
