I don't live in a legal state so I'm not sure how drug court works there. Like you said hopefully they let you continue to smoke weed but it wouldn't surprise me if they cut you off. I'd say there is a 50/50 chance. I've never heard of a drug court making someone go on suboxone before you should be good as long as you drop clean urine for opiates. Although some places test for kratom it is quite rare so I wouldn't really worry about that. Just try your best to follow the rules because obviously you don't want to be in drug court or probation any longer than you have to be. If it is your first offense hopefully they go relatively easy on you. I got a few years probation when I got caught with that 30 but my PO was cool as fuck and only made me drop urine like twice the entire time. Where I am it it seems they just want the check for fines/fees every month more than anything else.
