We just had a 3rd case of it in my county , should the worry be as big as the media portrays it to be?

Is the question directly related to the picture? You must know by now that "coronavirus" refers to the entire family of viruses of which COVID-19 and SARS-CoV are members. The existence of this vaccine shows that a different member of the coronavirus family, one infectious to cows, at some point became a large enough concern to warrant its inclusion in a multi-vaccine. Same thing goes for that Pirbright Institute patent - it's a vaccine to prevent chickens being infected by another, different coronavirus.

As for how worried everyone should be? That's a loaded question. The truth is (or would have been) "not very, as long as proper quarantine measures, expert oversight and testing are in place". But since people want to either freak out or ignore it entirely, the mixed messages have contributed significantly to the fiasco you see before you. It'll pass, certainly - it's just unfortunate that more people are going to die that may not have under better-managed circumstances.
