I just had a "job" interview! It took me about 10 seconds to spot the mlm

I knew a chick who worked for American Income Life and she got me an interview and boy was it the craziest shit i’ve experienced.

The biggest thing that stuck out to me was the conversation at the end of my 2nd interview.

Me: What would the base salary for the position?

AIL Guy: There isn’t a base, we’re 100% commission, it really makes you work harder and builds a better sales foundation.

Me: Alright, thank you for your time, but i can’t afford a 100% commission job at this time.

AIL Guy: You don’t think other people have bills and responsibilities? You’re not the only one and if other people can make commission only work you can too.

Oh and not to forget when they asked for 10 friends and family to fill out an insurance sheet as a “test” to see if “i have what it takes” fuck off
