Is it just me or is the bad side of body positivity starting to get into the Philippines?

I am an electrician here in Baguio City working 8-10 hours a day almost everyday. I can't afford to be absent as electricity is one of the most important things in this quarantine. Not everyone is obligated to stay in shape but there are some misconceptions when it come to diet and exercise. A good diet is not expensive. Just a bit of research is needed to minimize costs for buying food. In fact, I found that my past diet that consists of regular and junk food is more expensive than the plan I have now. Workouts don't need to be 4-6 hours everyday. In fact it is detrimental to your recovery. A workout should only last 45-60 minutes tops 3-5 times a week max. Anything more than that means you are doing too much. Not even the biggest musclemen you see everyday workout more than an hour. Hope this info helps.

Cheers!
