I must have worded it wrong.

I'm not having an existential crisis yet, I got a few more years before that's due in (I have it penciled in for some time in 2024)

I was hoping (!) That if I lay out what I have done, others may be able to chip in and suggest other things to be done on a base build, to a) bolster my understanding of the processes involved. I have done Windows server admin before (many years ago) so I know how complicated these things can be. And b) to point me towards resources that could be overlooked in a Google search.

I'm not sure I'm asking a huge amount, just people's opinions on setting one up. N how they would do it, tools needed for server monitoring (network traffic, file usage, etc)

Not a do this, do that type of thing, but a "have you looked into..." Type of thing

Again, I'm not looking for hand holding setup, more of a "I would do this"
