I seriously don’t get how you’re even able to compare these artists to AM? They can’t even hold a candle to AM? You’re comparing Dua Lipa, a rising pop star that makes mainstream and commercial pop music to a band that makes indie rock( and is experimenting with different styles). You can’t just say that AM are so much better than Dua Lipa cause you just can’t compare the two. Someone who listens to Top Charts only and dislikes rock is going to prefer artists like Ed sheeran, Beyonce or Dua Lipa. Since AM are obviously still a popular band but nowhere near as popular and mainstream as Beyonce, Adele etc, I doubt they’re going to make the soundtrack.
