With something like this, toppings are a distraction from the simple perfection.

That's why I laugh about the discussion of pineapple on pizza where I live (Seattle). 99% of the places here have trash pizza anyway so why not have pineapple too. If a pizza is actually good I'll just get cheese (for New York or new haven style)

I finally found a decent Neapolitan style place but unfortunately it's still not quite cooked right. It's got the right charring but the dough is still raw in places. So I get it to go and bake it a little longer and then it's perfect. They even instruct you to do so when you get it to go.
