Just a quick weird question

Hey, I know how to develop apps under budget as well I am dog owner and this idea is very cool;

I am not trying to sell my services but I want to give you few tips...

1.) SCHEME

Think about the functionality of the app, try to draw it on paper how it should look like - make changes and think for days about it - ask your family & friends about opinion

2.) GRAPHICAL DESIGN (UX)

Try to make cool and modern design, so at this point you should have ready look of the exact interface this will help forntend and backend developers to understand better your idea and it will be much easier for them to do it!

3.) CODING - DEVELOPMENT

Try to find some developers that will do this for you, try to talk with friends who are into coding and offer them 15-30% of ownership in exchange for your services. Or if you want to hire someone, if you want to do it for the lowest amount then hire people from Fiverr Freelance or UpWork (but UpWork is not that cheap nowdays). If you want safety and the lowest risk possible try to hire someone from the EU, USA, Canada or some other part of the world which has little bit higher standards only because if you have Contract with someone from under-developed country and if they fuk* you up...there is nothing that you could do about it.

4.) MONETIZATION

Think about monetization, try to develop monetizatiom plan. How will you earn money from the app.

I see 2possible ways:

a) You will sell the app to the government, this could be very good approach! Then the leading party can show off as lover of animals bla bla...

b) Donations from dog owners, and ads! You can run specialized ads for dog's equipment and dog's food!

5.) RAISE CAPITAL

Try to raise capital from VC companies they will also provide you with mentors!

6.) TO BE CONTINUE
