Real question, I had a robodebt come through claiming they overpaid me when I was studying, and I went back and put together all of my bank statements and pay summaries from my casual jobs at the time to prove that they didn’t. In doing that, I found that they actually underpaid me in the process. Not by much, but over the span of about 4 years, it was a small amount that added up. Ever since I sent through all those documents and refuted their claim 3 years ago, I haven’t received a single response or comment since. I don’t really care about the small amount they underpaid me, but is there something I can do to help people who really were affected?
