Agreed lol. Imo in TFA and TLJ Rey showed a reasonable amount of Force abilities for someone who had to raise themselves on a dangerous desert world. She probably already had practice using the Force without knowing it during her daily life (ie. mind-tricking someone but just thinking she was just being persuasive, sensing danger, falling from a height and landing safely due to "luck", ect.) so its not a big jump from there to where she was in TFA and TLJ.

Also a big part using the Force comes from believing that it will work (Remember "I don't believe it." "That is why you fail."?) and Rey had to be confident in herself just to survive. Not to mention that the Force has a will of it's own and is spelled out by Luke to have given Rey and Ben an equal amount of "raw strength" (raw strength that Luke could presumably sense before he started training Ben) but no one is going around claiming that Ben is OP.
