I just signed a 12 month lease two months ago and got this on my door today. Is this illegal? Is there anything I can do?

That's illegal for them to change the rent rate when you are in a lease. Elise is a legally binding document. Unless there is some type of clause in the lease allowing them to adjust rent at any given time, which I have honestly never even heard of. So in this case you can take them to court for that, if they choose to try and enforce it. If they're going to raise rent rates, they can't do that until you have to sign another lease. Everybody might get one and if they're signing Lisa during this time period then their rent rate would increase, but you just signed a lease, so understate law, they cannot change your rent rate. Double check your lease to make sure that they didn't have some type of out of the ordinary clause and also verify that if they did, that it is legal under state law, especially if they use certain jargon to get around and comply with fine print. If they refuse to listen to you, or threaten you with eviction or late fees, just get a lawyer because they're not going to win that case especially if it's a violation of state law. I lived in an apartment complex that tried to do these things, they also constantly posted a 3-day notice to my door when I had no violations and my rent was already paid. They also violated my least several times but the minute you bring up the courtroom and a lawyer and you have no problem with it, they usually fuck off because when they know they're doing something wrong, they're not going to continue doing it or messing with that same person if you know your rights and you know the law.
