Just want to get something off my chest; v42.1 patch, expectations, and distaste for me:

I agree for most of your points, but it wouldn't be a moba without OP carries because the best MOBAs out there such as LoL, Dota2 and Heroes Of the Stone. What I personally think between your lines area: -Hero balancing is not that bad, but can be tweaked as most "OP" heroes i.e. countess can be heavily countered by a single hard CC hero such as khaimera, a jungler, and Lt. Belica, a support. -Some of the teammates needs to go back to regen such as mid/offlane who gets ganked more often. Basically what the base is for. -I agree 100% on the unusable cards as some of the costs such as most curse cards carrying little significance late game. However, having a "must-card" is not out of the ordinary in MOBAs as each player should build accordingly to their role (i.e. wards on support, DPS on carry, armour/initiation on tank). I think it is necessary to increase card cost on "Spike" cards and improve efficiency on utility cards especially early to mid game. -This is a true problem. There should be a wider base attack times for each role especially early game i.e. muriel which is a heavy support having same attack speed as sparrow. -I can't say much to this. A carry 2-3 hitting a support is not a problem, but 1 hitting a carry is madness. I still think emphasizing on some "core-utility" cards could fix this (Spending 1 card slot on your support for True Sight card will annihilate a roaming kallari). -Masteries are epic's decision since the game is playable without it thus players do not really need it as they, Epic, also have to make money. Working hard for 500k which would take ~2-3weeks part time playing I think is a part of player's accomplishments and not being spoon-fed. A weekly free vault is already in place for skins. -Gems I think does not need much tweaking at all since they are considered spike Stats. -The feels are bad for newbies on the game 100% agreed. I really think card costs for scaling (early, mid, late) should be wider and varried so that they can somewhat have a useful proper deck on all roles. Another thing I might suggest is an in-game voice chat since higher tier games or even low tier games rely a lot on coordination. It even adds fun to the game. (Cyka Blyat after every kill)

I'm sorry if i am very negative, however, i have high hopes into a very balanced competitive game.
