All I can say is, I know how you feel. I do not remember the month of December, because I cried every minute of it. My partner was my best friend too and I was blind-sided by him leaving me. My Mom had to literally pick me up off the floor to go look at apartments and get groceries, and forced me to eat. I don't even remember viewing my apartment. All I did was cry. Trust me, it was absolutely overwhelming. But slowly but surely, I stopped crying, and woke up one day as though I had literally snapped out of it. I haven't spoken to him or shed a tear about it in 2018. It's a new year, I'm a new person, and 30 has been the best year of my life.
