When i worked in e-mail tech support we had to provide 5 fake names so the head company could approve 1 for us to use. There was an incident when they used their real first names and some weirdo found one of my female coworkers last name and social media.

In reality though it probably is Charles 50th birthday today, Charles is not his name, and he's probably working in some call center in a different part of the Country that Microsoft contracts out tier 1/2 support to.
