Just watched an episode of weediquette...

I'm not disagreeing that kratom can help for coming off opiates, it has helped me get off of them. With that being said if someone is already clean from opiates and content with marijuana use I don't see any reason to push kratom on them. Maybe used as a last resort to prevent when someone is about to relapse on something harder but I can also completely see someone who has been clean off opiates taking kratom and getting that familiar warm feeling and being tempted to go back to harder stuff because kratom is just enough to remind you of the amazing feelings opiates can provide while not getting you there all the way. It can tickle the receptors just enough to remind you of what you are missing. I'm glad lots of people can maintain on kratom everyone will not be content with getting "half-way" high and will crave the real thing. For people who are clean and desire actual intoxication in their lives weed is probably a better option in a lot of cases. I 100% support kratom but people on this sub tend to think it is absolutely perfect with no flaws and that isn't true for everyone
