as a western country citizen I can safely say that this is the US promise alone, we have nothing to do with this

also, as much as people like to say that China/Russia will do this or that.... in reality the US does the same, if not more than those countries, you don't integrate these countries into your territory, but the Claws the US puts on most countries around the world is basically the same

we are not a colony, but we basically are, the only reason why the US keeps this gigantic army is because of Red propaganda, which affected the ENTIRE American continent and the US itself, and to keep it's imperialist model above basically half the world...
