Justice Reform Coalition Urges Biden to Pardon All Non-Violent Marijuana Convictions

I have a marijuana conviction. It is the one and only time I have ever been in trouble with the law. I got sent to state prison for 2 years and 1 month and was fined thousands. It is so hard to find a job. Do you know that not even furniture warehouses will hire me? It's hard to stay positive when warehouses tell you that you do not meet company standards.

I feel like it's so unfair. I get it, I broke the law, a dumb law but i broke it. I paid my fines, I paid with 2 years of my life behind bars. Yet I am still being punished everyday. I could see them not hiring me for violent crimes, sex crimes, or theft but i can't get a "decent" job because I have a marijuana felony on my record. It's bullshit.
