Is the justice system of ISIS the same as that of the KSA (Don't sue me oil bros)?

Firstly, Muslims were the first to draw blood in Mecca;

When he got to the mosque [Hamza] saw [Abu Jahl] sitting among the people, and went up to him until he stood over him, when he lifted up his bow and struck him a violent blow with it, saying, 'Will you insult him when I follow his religion, and say what he says? Hit me back if you can!' (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 185)

Muhammad/Allah revealed "no compulsion in religion" when he had just arrived in Medina after fleeing Mecca. when he and the Muslims were in a minority his teachings were far closer to peace. As soon as he got power and influence, his message changed to violence and intolerance.

"and they're also killing non-muslims... directly contravening the teachings of Mohammad."

"I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah..." (See Bukhari 2:25)

"[Muhammad] said, “Woe to you, Abu Sufyan, isn’t it time that you recognize that I am Allah’s apostle?” He (Abu Sufyan) answered, “As to that I still have some doubt.” I (the narrator) said to him, “Submit and testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the apostle of Allah before you lose your head,” so he did so." (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 814)

"Then the apostle sent Khalid bin Walid… to the Banu al-Harith and ordered him to invite them to Islam three days before he attacked them. If they accepted then he was to accept it from them; and if they declined he was to fight them." (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 959)

"Then I cut off his head and brought it to the apostle saying, “This is the head of the enemy of Allah, Abu Jahl.”… I threw his head before the apostle and he gave thanks to Allah." (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 451).
