Kabul City Circuit

The first part of a series in which I plan to take almost every country that has not held an F1 race in the past and put a street circuit in the capital city. While it is a goal, FIA Grade 1 will not be a requirement. The first country is Afghanistan with the Kabul City Circuit. https://imgur.com/a/CPbre Towards the center of Kabul, with the front stretch being placed on Salang Wat Road, this 4.667 kilometer circuit includes one DRS zone and 16 classified corners, with kinks being registered as such. Changes to the roads to be circuit-worthy would include repaving and widening the streets, and replacing part of the median with a temporary fixture to allow for the pit entrance on the other side of Salang Wat. The track is clockwise, with an outside pit to allow for easy re-entry to the track during the roundabout. The paddock would be temporary, with the lane closest to the Median being the fast lane, the lane next to it including the stalls, and the rest of the width of the street being used as the garages.
