UCLA is near the nice neighbourhoods in LA, hence why celebrities often get taken there. Lots of people get taken there because it has excellent psych facilities. I was taken there on a 50/51 myself. Your receive your treatment, an aftercare plan, and you go home, it's a no bullshit kind of place.

Michael Jackson was pretty much already dead when he got to UCLA, he didn't go in for psych reasons. They pronounced him dead about an hour after he got in iirc.

What exactly did Amanda Bynes, Britney Spears, Paris Jackson and Lindsay Lohan do that needed to be covered up? They went to a hospital because they got sick. People have mental health problems, deal with it.

The denial of the existence of mental health problems is a real problem and adds to the stigma of them. There isn't always some suspicious reason. Kanye has shown signs of instability for years, I don't know why anyone is surprised at this turn of events.
