A Karen demanded that I clean the toilet

I work in a very small office, all women. There is only one toilet. We are small enough that it is no mystery who has done what in the bathroom. That floor is often sticky. The toilet seat often has urine on it. Rarely, there is a bit of poop or blood on the seat. Sometimes... Too often, I think, there is a pube or two on the seat. The flushing handle is almost always smeary, like someone with greasy hands touched it.

These things seem to mostly occur with one employee... Which, I can't believe they are unaware of what they're doing because it happens so frequently. It's either some kind of passive-aggressive I hate this job, or some kind of bizarre power move. What else can it be?!?! ... I've spent too much time thinking about this. Ugh.

I've noticed other employees have gotten sloppier in the bathroom since the arrival of the bathroom destroyer, so I'm like... Wtf kind of psychological phenomena is going on here that one nasty person has triggered this response from the others?

I hate using the bathroom at work. But I work full-time. So I have to go in there. It really sucks. They wonder why I take a while in the bathroom. It's because I'm cleaning everything before I use it.
