I think there should be a law that allows for people to have up to like 10 seconds to retaliate for when others harass them and start shit.

It's human nature to want to react and get someone back for throwing a pizza at you and walking away.

We all agree that it would have been very natural for the employee to have smacked someone who was close enough to do so if she'd done it within a half-second.

So, why is it not ok that she walked around and retaliated a few seconds later? Was she supposed to have not done that simply because there was a countertop between them? What's to stop all Karen's from only doing this when there's a countertop between them and someone they want to assault?

My point is that I think anyone should be able to respond when SOMEONE ELSE takes things to another level.
