The comments are people telling Katie their financial woes. Did she ask people to beg her for the money in the comments? She’s a evil person. This, my friends, is NOT how you “do the charity” Katie. I had no idea people send youtubers money. I’m in a good position in life, yet I could NEVER justify sending some random YouTuber money. If you want to support a YouTuber, watch their ads. Maybe join a membership, but DO NOT send your money to these people for any reason. You deserve your money. I watched a couple old videos where a Katie brags about her money. Then she shocked when someone asks her how much she makes. She started it, don’t be surprised if people ask. To make things worse, she was also asking for superchats in that stream. I had no idea the preacher/church-like atmosphere on YouTube. If Katie truly carried herself as a journalist, I think the superchats would be embarrassing. I would be embarrassed if while I was talking about my research, people were tipping me $4.99. But Katie sits and tells her sob stories while she watches the donations come in. She’s a grifter. There are lots of grifters in Katie’s area. If folks are preaching to you while their asking for your money, walk away! If you want that experience, go to church or something. Call an online psychic even. That would by better than giving Katie money.
