KDP terminated account without notice

Just replying to the email just keeps you cycling that same circle of hell. The one where you only get canned replies from bots/lowest level CSRs.

I'm not sure if you'll have the option with a termination email but typically, there's a link at the bottom of emails asking if your question/issue was handled to your liking. Not sure how it's worded, it's been a while since I had a problem I had to deal with. But there's a YES/NO link at end. Clicking NO escalates you up the chain, and you either get an actual human, or a human who has a clue--hopefully.

And if you mean low/no content stuff when you say journals, Amazon isn't a big fan of those--my understanding is there is a huge level of system abuse from people publishing them. So that might be working against her as well, if she's been lumped in with bad actors.

If she was able to get someone on the phone once, tell her to keep trying. But she did break TOS, so she may not get anywhere. It's a binding legal agreement that we accept and virtually sign when we start with KDP.
