I'm curious, you really dont think people should be eating ham or pepperoni? Because of health?

If thats really how you feel than its painfully obvious that you dont understand there are many different ways for one to reach their health goals. And that you're pushing "your way" onto other people.

I'm sure that style of diet works for you, but everyone is different. Seems exceptionally close minded, although that's not what I think you're trying to do here.

The commenter above just seemed like they're trying a way that works for them to lose weight, they're obviously not going for the most strict way possible, otherwise they probably wouldnt last a week.
