Kegels releasing intense anxiety

You have a lot of wisdom, hopefully you respond as I would love your input.

You're right I probably feel a lack, tmi but whatever, I want to last longer in bed. That's why I tried it, someone mentioned it helped and I wondered which muscles it was. I'm male FYI.

But the thing is, I don't really feel like that is connected to this feeling of intense discomfort. Idk, it might be related. But I used to get the same sensation from focusing on breathing deeply into the lower diaphragm. When I would allow my belly to expand it was like releasing a huge amount of repressed energy.

This went away after a meditation retreat where I just sat with the sensation continually, allowing it to be there.

I want to do the same with this excercise but I dont want to damage anything by repreating a dangerous excercise.

That's why I posted this. I want to see if there is anything I should do about this. I find this feeling comes when I connect with parts of my body I have never used consciously before.

Let me know if you have any insight for me. Should I simply sit with the sensation, doing kegels?
