Wokery regarding lgbt would be something like in Scotland, where a 4 year old can now be legally encouraged to pick a gender and new name in school and their parents won't be informed of this at any point. That is wokery. It allows the indoctrination of children because teachers are humans, and some humans are assholes. Parents don't want a teacher to legally have so much influence on their kids.

An adult wanting to change gender, a teenager male wanting to wear a dress, or gay people wanting to be able to get married like straight people can is not wokery, for example. That's human rights.
