So @Keir_Starmer twists the knife. @BorisJohnson got UK advice on care homes wrong and here's Keir's letter proving Boris wrong.

Tell me why he isn't. He's taking the most balanced approached possible, especially considering everyone else with their simplistic LOCKDOWN! LOCKDOWN! approach. The lockdown is absolutely unsustainable. There's huge costs to it and no, it's not just economics, it's also detrimental in terms of HEALTH both physical and mental and many other things. The very thing the lockdown is there to supposedly protect. There's also potentially never going to be a vaccine like we don't even have one for SARS after 16 years! It's still possible though, yes, but how long does that take, 18 months at a minimum, perhaps longer? Anyway disregarding that point even...

Social isolation is absolutely detrimental to physical and mental health. It weakens the immune system and increasing inflammation. The risk of chronic diseases is significantly high AND it's not just these things...

The people not getting the care they need out of fear, people unable to seek out help, people isolated, increased cases of domestic abuse, increase in suicides...

Now the ECONOMY is absolutely important to people's livelihoods and quality of life. We MUST take mitigation measures.

Yes, protecting life is absolutely important, but there's so much more that must be considered!
