Kellogg to permanently replace striking workers as union rejects new contract

You are literally arguing for people that make 3x the national median income. Pick a different group. The avg employee at Kellogg's makes over $120k already.

I am friends with people that work for Kellogg's as members of the union. I've never heard anything but positive about the work and the pay.

This strike has nothing to do with salaries because they already get paid a ton. Y'all are acting like it's people making $12/hr out there picketing. It all comes down to the union and Kellogg's arguing over tenure, basically. And the union leaders are not being entirely selfless in their endeavors, believe it or not. A lot of younger people have been thrown under the bus (by Union leadership) in order to secure their own comfortable (early) retirements. Neither side is a saint here.
