Kelowna private school replaces French with endangered language of local First Nations

Nothing I’ve said is racist, not a single thing, it’s one of the reasons the mods haven’t given me a ban or deleted my comments. I’m simply expressing my opinion that near dead languages shouldn’t be taught to grade school kids, I don’t care who’s language it is, I don’t see a point in teaching it. It could be Trojan and I’d still feel the same. I’m all for keeping FN languages alive and applaud some the programs that have been developed to do that within the various FN communities but I disagree with this program because these kids will never use it. People can disagree all they want but I think education should be useful, teaching kids things they will use further in life.
