The first guy he killed did not deserve it whatsoever and should still be alive. Sure, the kid might be in a hospital but he should still be alive
the guy was chasing after him it wasn't until he was cornered and the guy chasing went for Kyles gun that Kyle shot back. in wisconson he didn't have a duty to retreat at all, but he chose to retreat and didn't fire until he couldn't retreat anymore.
I'm sorry I don't want that guy to be dead, but you don't chase down a guy who has a rifle. the outcome should have been predictable to him. and I find it unreasonable to expect kyle to just sit there and take a beating without defending himself. how would he have possibly known that the other guy would have stoped at just hospitalizing him, he very well could have been killed or permanently injured. Unless he started the physical confrontation he was justified in self defense
