Kentucky in 2014 had about 3.1 million registered voters.

Rich white men that literally wrote into the constitution that if the government stopped serving the people, they have a right to overthrow the government and form a new one.

I think people forget... the "rich white men" you reference often died in the Revolutionary War. And all of those "Rich White Men" signed the Declaration of Independence, at a time where it was 50/50(if not worse) that they were all going to end up hanged.

Every nation back in the 1700's had problems by today's moral standards. You can either pretend they didn't happen. Or that ALL that happened was bad things. But both are biased views of history.

I'm just so tired of people bending history to fit their political motives today. Many rich men gave up their lives fighting for the cause of breaking from the Monarchy... not because they thought it would be profitable... but because they thought it was morally right.

The people who were concerned with profits largely remained Torries, because the REAL money came from being in bed with the King.
