I have absolutely no idea what that means at this point, but it seems likely that CBD is going to... stay in the same category as every other cannabinoid, which is derived from cannabis -- which includes THC -- which is a Schedule 1 Substance.
Which makes CBD illegal, which it already is federally and on a state level -- unless you have a physician's recommendation; which you can't get -- because there is not a medical marijuana dispensary system in Kentucky.
