Kerala: What We Are Seeing Is Politics Based on Civic Engagement, Not Authoritarianism

LOL. And which party in Kerala, the world lets its voters choose which person gets what position ? And how would that system be any less partisan ? You're expecting voters, i.e., regular ass people like you or me to somehow be less biased and better at choosing people ?

Politics is complicated, just like everything else in life. In an ideal world, people who come into power are the ones who deserve it but we don't live in an ideal world. The CPM isn't perfect and their are a lot of things they're bad at and rightly deserve to be criticized for. This however, is a problem that pervades politics as a whole and isn't just restricted some parties in some places.
